Should I hire an attorney to advise me with my case for the Green Card Lottery Program? I am from Mejicanos, El Salvador. Trying to use the DHS site and I am a bit confused. Is there a way to increase my chances of getting the green card?
If this does not work I will need to apply with my business, maybe I can apply with the E-2 Visa Program.
